Method
- Put the crushed ice into the blender first.
- Add Greek yogurt, almond or hemp milk, frozen blueberries, whey protein powder, and optional collagen and antioxidant powder.
- Blend on high until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
- Pour into two glasses and enjoy immediately.
