Ingredients
  

  • Shredded mozzarella cheese – 1 cup 100 g, provides the base and stretch
  • Shredded parmesan cheese – 1 cup 100 g, adds sharp flavor and crispiness
  • Large egg – 1 acts as a binder for the mixture
  • Garlic powder – 1 teaspoon for classic garlic flavor

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine mozzarella, parmesan, egg, and garlic powder until fully mixed
  3. Transfer the mixture onto the baking sheet and flatten it into a thin, even rectangle
  4. Shape it like a pizza crust to ensure even cooking
  5. Bake for about 15 minutes until the edges turn golden and firm
  6. Switch to broil for 2–3 minutes to achieve a crispy, browned top
  7. Remove from oven and allow it to cool slightly for easier slicing
  8. Cut into breadstick shapes using a pizza cutter
  9. Serve warm and enjoy with your favorite dip
