Ingredients
  

  • For the Lemonade
  • 240 ml freshly squeezed lemon juice about 4–5 lemons
  • 120 g granulated sugar
  • 1.2 L cold water
  • 30 –60 ml grenadine or cranberry juice for pink color
  • Ice cubes as needed
  • For the Whipped Topping
  • 480 ml heavy whipping cream
  • 30 g powdered sugar
  • 5 ml vanilla extract
  • Optional: lemon zest for garnish

Method
 

  1. In a large pitcher, combine freshly squeezed lemon juice and granulated sugar; stir until sugar dissolves completely
  2. Add cold water to the pitcher and mix until well combined
  3. Pour in grenadine or cranberry juice slowly until you reach the desired shade of pink
  4. Fill glasses with ice cubes and pour the pink lemonade over the ice
  5. In a chilled mixing bowl, beat the heavy whipping cream with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until soft peaks form and the texture is light and fluffy
  6. Dollop a generous swirl of whipped topping over each glass of pink lemonade
  7. Garnish with lemon zest or a lemon slice on the rim of the glass
  8. Serve immediately and enjoy the creamy, citrusy refreshment
