Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 cups fresh watermelon cubes – provides hydration and natural sweetness
  • 2 cups frozen strawberries – creates the thick smoothie texture
  • 1 frozen banana – adds natural creaminess and sweetness
  • Juice of 1/2 lime – brightens the flavor with citrus notes
  • 2 tablespoons plant-based yogurt or regular yogurt – adds creaminess
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup – optional for additional sweetness

Method
 

  1. Add fresh watermelon cubes to a blender first to help the blades blend smoothly.
  2. Place the frozen strawberries on top of the watermelon.
  3. Add the frozen banana to the blender.
  4. Pour in the lime juice for a bright citrus flavor.
  5. Add the plant-based yogurt to create a creamy smoothie texture.
  6. If desired, add maple syrup for additional sweetness.
  7. Blend everything on high speed until the mixture becomes completely smooth.
  8. Pause the blender and scrape down the sides if needed.
  9. Blend again for a few seconds until the smoothie is thick and creamy.
  10. Pour the smoothie into glasses or bowls.
  11. Garnish with fresh mint leaves, lime slices, or watermelon wedges if desired.
  12. Serve immediately while cold and refreshing.
