Method
- Add sliced strawberries to a tall glass.
- Add fresh mint leaves.
- Pour in lime juice.
- Add maple syrup or simple syrup if using.
- Use a muddler or the back of a spoon to gently crush the strawberries and mint to release their juices and oils.
- Fill the glass with ice cubes.
- Pour sparkling water over the mixture.
- Stir gently to combine the ingredients.
- Garnish with a lime slice and fresh mint sprig.
- Serve immediately while cold and bubbly.
