Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup frozen strawberries – adds sweetness and vibrant color
  • 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks – provides tropical tang
  • 1 cup frozen mango chunks – adds natural creaminess
  • ½ cup 120 ml orange juice – gives citrus base
  • ½ cup 120 ml coconut water or regular water – helps blending
  • Optional: 1–2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup – for extra sweetness

Method
 

  1. Add strawberries, mango, and pineapple into blender
  2. Pour in orange juice and coconut water
  3. Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy
  4. Add more liquid if needed for consistency
  5. Taste and adjust sweetness if desired
  6. Pour into glass and serve immediately
