Ingredients
  

  • ¾ cup natural peanut butter or almond butter, smooth and unsweetened
  • cup sugar-free maple syrup or keto-friendly liquid sweetener
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract for flavor depth
  • 1 cup almond flour superfine for best texture
  • ½ teaspoon salt to balance sweetness
  • 1 cup sugar-free chocolate chips for the base
  • ½ cup sugar-free chocolate chips for topping
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil to help melt chocolate smoothly

Method
 

  1. Line an 8×8 inch baking dish with parchment paper, leaving some overhang for easy removal
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine peanut butter, sugar-free syrup, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy
  3. Add almond flour and salt, then mix until a thick dough forms
  4. Fold in 1 cup of chocolate chips evenly throughout the mixture
  5. Press the dough firmly and evenly into the prepared baking dish
  6. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt remaining chocolate chips with coconut oil in short intervals, stirring until smooth
  7. Pour melted chocolate over the pressed dough and spread evenly
  8. Place the dish in the refrigerator for 20–30 minutes or until fully set
  9. Lift out using parchment paper and slice into bars
