Remove and let crust cool completely
In a bowl, beat cream cheese and sweetener until smooth
Add heavy cream and vanilla, mix until creamy
Spread evenly over cooled crust and refrigerate
In a saucepan, combine heavy cream, cocoa powder, and sweetener
Heat gently while stirring until smooth
Add gelatin mixture and vanilla, mix well
Let cool slightly, then spread over cheesecake layer
Refrigerate until set
Whip heavy cream with sweetener and vanilla until stiff peaks form
Spread over chocolate layer evenly
Optional: top with chocolate shavings
Chill for at least 1–2 hours until fully set
Slice into squares and serve
