Ingredients
  

For the Chicken and Noodles
  • 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts diced into bite-size pieces
  • 8 ounces egg noodles or ramen noodles
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/2 cup chopped green onions
  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds
For the Sticky Garlic Sauce
  • 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons water

Method
 

  1. Bring a pot of salted water to a boil and cook noodles according to package instructions
  2. Drain noodles and set aside
  3. In a small bowl whisk together soy sauce, honey, brown sugar, oyster sauce, rice vinegar, ginger, cornstarch, and water
  4. Heat vegetable oil and sesame oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat
  5. Add diced chicken and cook until golden and fully cooked
  6. Add minced garlic and cook briefly until fragrant
  7. Pour the prepared sauce into the skillet
  8. Stir until the sauce thickens and coats the chicken
  9. Add cooked noodles to the skillet
  10. Toss everything together until noodles are evenly coated in the sticky sauce
  11. Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds before serving
