Bring a pot of salted water to a boil and cook noodles according to package instructions
Drain noodles and set aside
In a small bowl whisk together soy sauce, honey, brown sugar, oyster sauce, rice vinegar, ginger, cornstarch, and water
Heat vegetable oil and sesame oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat
Add diced chicken and cook until golden and fully cooked
Add minced garlic and cook briefly until fragrant
Pour the prepared sauce into the skillet
Stir until the sauce thickens and coats the chicken
Add cooked noodles to the skillet
Toss everything together until noodles are evenly coated in the sticky sauce
Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds before serving
