Cover the bowl and allow the dough to rise until doubled
Grease a baking pan with olive oil
Transfer the dough into the pan and gently stretch it out
Let the dough rest again briefly
Use your fingers to create deep dimples across the dough
Drizzle olive oil over the top
Sprinkle rosemary and sea salt evenly
Bake until the focaccia becomes golden brown
Allow to cool slightly before slicing
