Method
- Cook pasta according to package directions
- Add broccoli during final minutes of boiling
- Drain and set aside
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet
- Sauté garlic until fragrant
- Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream
- Stir gently until sauce begins to thicken
- Add parmesan cheese and mix until smooth
- Season with salt and pepper
- Stir in shredded rotisserie chicken
- Add cooked pasta and broccoli
- Toss gently to coat evenly
- Cook briefly until heated through
- Remove from heat and serve warm
