Ingredients
  

  • 2 ripe Hass avocados peeled and pitted (about 400 g)
  • 2 tablespoons raw agave nectar or sweetener of choice
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • Zest of 1 lime optional, for garnish and extra flavor

Method
 

  1. Cut the avocados in half, remove the pits, and scoop the flesh into a high-speed blender or food processor.
  2. Add the raw agave nectar and fresh lime juice to the blender.
  3. Blend on high until the mixture becomes completely smooth and creamy, stopping to scrape down the sides if needed.
  4. Taste the mixture and adjust sweetness or lime juice if desired.
  5. Spoon the mousse into individual serving glasses or ramekins.
  6. Garnish with lime zest if using, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving for best texture.
