Method
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper so the cheese won’t stick.
- If using shredded cheese, measure it into tablespoon-sized heaps spaced apart on the sheet.
- If using sliced cheese, cut each slice into 4 equal squares and place them evenly on the parchment.
- Bake until the cheese bubbles and edges turn golden — about 5–7 minutes for shredded, slightly less for slices.
- Let the crisps cool briefly so they firm up, then enjoy.
