Ingredients
  

  • 3/4 cup shredded cheese OR
  • 4 slices cheese cut into 16 squares
  • Parchment paper

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper so the cheese won’t stick.
  3. If using shredded cheese, measure it into tablespoon-sized heaps spaced apart on the sheet.
  4. If using sliced cheese, cut each slice into 4 equal squares and place them evenly on the parchment.
  5. Bake until the cheese bubbles and edges turn golden — about 5–7 minutes for shredded, slightly less for slices.
  6. Let the crisps cool briefly so they firm up, then enjoy.
