Method
 

  1. Add frozen blueberries, Greek yogurt, honey, vanilla extract, lemon juice, and salt into a blender
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy, stopping to scrape down the sides as needed
  3. Taste the mixture and adjust sweetness if required
  4. Transfer the mixture into a freezer-safe container and spread evenly
  5. Freeze for 2–4 hours until firm and scoopable
  6. Let sit at room temperature for a few minutes before serving for best texture
