Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 tbsp natural peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 scoop chocolate or vanilla protein powder
  • 1 –2 tbsp keto-friendly sweetener
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ cup ice cubes

Method
 

  1. Add almond milk to a blender
  2. Add peanut butter and cocoa powder
  3. Add protein powder and sweetener
  4. Add vanilla extract and ice cubes
  5. Blend until completely smooth and creamy
  6. Adjust thickness if needed
  7. Serve immediately
