Ingredients
  

  • 1 medium banana preferably frozen for creaminess
  • 1/4 cup 25g rolled oats
  • 2 tbsp 32g creamy peanut butter
  • 3/4 cup 180 ml milk of choice (almond, oat, or dairy)
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup or honey optional, for sweetness
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup ice cubes optional, for thickness
  • Pinch of salt

Method
 

  1. Add rolled oats to the blender and pulse briefly to break them down for a smoother texture
  2. Add banana, peanut butter, milk, maple syrup, cinnamon, vanilla extract, and salt
  3. Blend everything on high speed until smooth and creamy
  4. Add ice cubes if a thicker, colder smoothie is desired
  5. Blend again until fully incorporated and silky
  6. Pour into a glass and serve immediately
