Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons ground flaxseed

Method
 

  1. Add the rolled oats, peanut butter, honey, chocolate chips, vanilla extract, and ground flaxseed to a mixing bowl.
  2. Stir everything together until the mixture is evenly combined and holds together.
  3. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for about 20–30 minutes to firm up the mixture.
  4. Scoop out small portions and roll them into bite-sized balls using your hands.
  5. Place the energy bites in an airtight container and store in the refrigerator until ready to eat.
