Ingredients

For the Brownie layer:
  • 10 tablespoon unsalted butter
  • 1 1/4 cups white sugar
  • 3/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup flour
For the Oreo layer:
  • 1 package of Oreo regular stuffed or double stuffed
For the Cookie Dough layer:
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter at room temp
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 3/4 cup white sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 1/4 teaspoon teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 1/4 cups flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Method

  1. In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat, then add sugar and cocoa powder. Whisk everything together until smooth and remove from heat.
  2. Add salt, vanilla, and eggs, whisking continuously until well combined. Then stir in the flour to form your brownie batter and set aside.
  3. In a mixing bowl, cream together butter and sugar using a mixer, then add an egg and a bit of vanilla for flavor.
  4. Mix in flour, baking soda, and baking powder until just blended. Fold in chocolate chips to complete the cookie dough.
  5. Press the cookie dough evenly into a pan, creating the base of your slutty brownies.
  6. Add a single layer of oreos on top—don’t overlap them—then pour the brownie batter evenly over the top.
  7. Bake for about 35–40 minutes. Check with a knife inserted into the center—if it comes out clean, they’re done.
  8. Let the brownies rest for a couple of hours to set, then slice and serve warm for gooey perfection.

Notes

Allow the slutty brownies to cool for at least one hour after baking before slicing — this helps them set properly and gives you clean, perfect squares.
Feel free to experiment with any type of Oreos you like — double stuffed, regular, flavored, birthday cake, or red velvet all work wonderfully.
If you’re using a boxed brownie mix, don’t use the entire batter since it makes more than the homemade version. You’ll only need enough to evenly cover the Oreos on the top layer.
