Method
- Pour the water into a small pot and add the butterfly pea tea, cinnamon, and chamomile. Simmer on low heat for about 3 minutes.
- Add the milk to the pot and heat gently until hot but not boiling.
- Stir in the honey until fully dissolved; adjust sweetness to your preference.
- Strain the tea into your mug to remove any leaves or spice pieces.
- Optionally sprinkle a little cinnamon on top for extra aroma before serving warm.
