Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 cup milk dairy or your favorite plant-based milk
  • 1 tsp butterfly pea tea loose or in a teabag
  • 1/2 cinnamon stick or 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 tsp chamomile tea loose or in a teabag
  • 1 tsp honey or to taste

Method
 

  1. Pour the water into a small pot and add the butterfly pea tea, cinnamon, and chamomile. Simmer on low heat for about 3 minutes.
  2. Add the milk to the pot and heat gently until hot but not boiling.
  3. Stir in the honey until fully dissolved; adjust sweetness to your preference.
  4. Strain the tea into your mug to remove any leaves or spice pieces.
  5. Optionally sprinkle a little cinnamon on top for extra aroma before serving warm.
