Ingredients
  

  • 2 large whole-wheat or low-carb wraps
  • cups cooked chicken breast sliced
  • ½ cup cucumber diced
  • ½ cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • ¼ cup red onion thinly sliced
  • ¼ cup feta cheese crumbled
  • 2 tbsp Greek yogurt or tzatziki
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ tsp dried oregano
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Warm wraps slightly for flexibility
  2. Add sliced chicken to the center
  3. Top with cucumber, tomatoes, and onion
  4. Sprinkle feta cheese evenly
  5. Drizzle olive oil lightly
  6. Add Greek yogurt or tzatziki
  7. Season with oregano, salt, and pepper
  8. Fold sides of wrap inward
  9. Roll tightly into a wrap
  10. Slice if desired
  11. Serve immediately
