Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup full-fat cottage cheese
  • 1 cup ripe mango fresh, frozen, or thawed
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup optional
  • 1 teaspoon fresh lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon lime zest
  • Pinch of sea salt

Method
 

  1. Place the cottage cheese, mango chunks, honey (if using), lime juice, lime zest, and a pinch of sea salt into a high-speed blender or food processor.
  2. Blend on high until the mixture becomes completely smooth and creamy, stopping occasionally to scrape down the sides if needed.
  3. Taste the mousse and adjust sweetness or lime juice if desired to suit your preference.
  4. Spoon the mousse into individual serving glasses or bowls.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving for a cooler, firmer texture.
