Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb 450 g ground beef
  • 4 cups chopped romaine or iceberg lettuce
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ¼ cup diced pickles
  • ¼ cup finely chopped onion
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
Dressing
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • 1 tbsp sugar-free ketchup
  • 1 tsp vinegar
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • Pinch of salt

Method
 

  1. Heat a skillet over medium heat
  2. Add ground beef and cook until browned
  3. Season with salt and black pepper
  4. Remove from heat and cool slightly
  5. Add chopped lettuce to a large bowl
  6. Top with cooked beef evenly
  7. Add shredded cheese, pickles, and onions
  8. In a small bowl, whisk dressing ingredients
  9. Drizzle dressing over salad
  10. Toss gently to combine
  11. Serve immediately
