Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) or prepare air fryer
Grate zucchini using a box grater
Place shredded zucchini in a towel and squeeze out as much liquid as possible
Transfer zucchini to a mixing bowl
Add mozzarella, parmesan, eggs, and seasonings
Mix thoroughly until well combined
Add almond flour if mixture feels too wet
Grease a muffin tin or line a baking tray
Scoop small portions and shape into round or oval tots
Place evenly in muffin tin or on tray
Bake for 20–25 minutes until golden brown on top
For air fryer, cook at 375°F for 10–12 minutes until crispy
Let cool slightly before removing and serving
