Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup full-fat Greek yogurt
  • 2 large eggs
  • cups almond flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp melted butter or olive oil
  • Optional: sesame seeds or herbs

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to a moderate baking temperature
  2. Line a small loaf pan with parchment paper
  3. Add yogurt and eggs to a mixing bowl
  4. Whisk until smooth and fully combined
  5. Stir in melted butter or olive oil
  6. Add almond flour, baking powder, and salt
  7. Mix until a thick batter forms
  8. Transfer batter into prepared loaf pan
  9. Smooth the surface evenly
  10. Add optional toppings if desired
  11. Bake until bread is firm and lightly golden
  12. Remove from oven and cool completely
  13. Slice once fully set
