Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C)
- Grease a loaf pan or bundt pan
Prepare the batter:
- In a large bowl combine almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, sweetener, and salt
- In another bowl whisk eggs, melted butter, almond milk, and vanilla extract
- Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients and mix until smooth
Bake the cake:
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan
- Smooth the top evenly
- Bake until the cake becomes golden and a toothpick inserted comes out clean
- Allow the cake to cool completely before removing from the pan.
Prepare the glaze:
- Mix cream cheese, keto sweetener, heavy cream, and vanilla until smooth
- Drizzle glaze over the cooled pound cake
- Slice and serve.
