Ingredients
  

  • Ice – 240 ml about 1 cup
  • Plain Greek yogurt – 120 g ½ cup
  • Unsweetened almond milk – 120 ml ½ cup
  • Fresh strawberries – 75 g ½ cup
  • Keto sweetener your choice – 2 tablespoons
  • Vanilla extract – 1 teaspoon

Method
 

  1. Add ice, Greek yogurt, almond milk, strawberries, sweetener, and vanilla extract into the blender.
  2. Blend on high until the mixture is completely smooth and creamy.
  3. Divide the smoothie evenly between two glasses.
  4. Serve immediately while cold.
