Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz 225 g cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tbsp butter softened
  • 2 tbsp keto-friendly sweetener
  • ¼ cup fresh strawberries finely diced
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • Optional: shredded coconut or almond flour coating

Method
 

  1. Add softened cream cheese to a mixing bowl
  2. Add butter and sweetener
  3. Mix until completely smooth and creamy
  4. Stir in vanilla extract
  5. Fold in finely diced strawberries gently
  6. Chill mixture briefly for easier handling
  7. Scoop small portions of mixture
  8. Roll into bite-sized balls
  9. Coat with coconut or almond flour if desired
  10. Refrigerate until firm
  11. Serve chilled
