Ingredients
  

  • 12 –24 slices salami
  • 4 oz cream cheese softened
  • ½ cup chopped pickles or banana peppers

Method
 

  1. Lay salami slices flat on a clean surface
  2. Spread a thin layer of cream cheese on each slice
  3. Add chopped pickles or place a pickle spear on one side
  4. Roll tightly into a log shape
  5. Slice into bite-sized pieces or keep whole
  6. Secure with toothpicks if needed
  7. Serve immediately or chill before serving
