Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
In a large bowl, combine the ground pork sausage, softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar, parmesan, almond flour, diced tomatoes with green chilies, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika.
Mix all ingredients thoroughly until evenly blended.
Season with salt and pepper to your preference and mix again.
Scoop out small portions of the mixture and roll into 1-inch balls, placing them evenly spaced on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 20–25 minutes until the sausage balls are cooked through and golden brown on the outside.
Remove from the oven and let cool slightly on a cooling rack before serving.
