Ingredients
  

  • 1 large head cauliflower cut into florets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil or melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley chopped
Optional keto toppings
  • 2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C)
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
  3. Wash and cut cauliflower into evenly sized florets
  4. Place florets in a large mixing bowl
  5. Drizzle with olive oil or melted butter
  6. Add garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper
  7. Toss until the cauliflower is evenly coated
  8. Spread florets in a single layer on the baking sheet
  9. Roast until cauliflower becomes tender and golden
  10. Flip halfway through cooking for even crispiness
  11. Sprinkle parmesan cheese during the final minutes if desired
  12. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve warm
