Method
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C)
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
Prepare the cheese base:
- Place cheese slices flat on the baking sheet
- Bake for about 4–5 minutes until the cheese melts and slightly bubbles
Add the filling:
- Remove cheese from the oven
- Place two pepperoni slices on each melted cheese piece
- Sprinkle Italian seasoning and garlic powder on top
Roll the pizza bites:
- Carefully roll each melted cheese piece into a tight roll
- Allow them to cool slightly so they hold their shape
- Serve with warm low-carb pizza sauce for dipping.
