Ingredients
  

Peanut Butter Mousse Base
  • 1 cup mascarpone or cream cheese – creates the creamy base
  • 3 tablespoons smooth peanut butter – provides nutty flavor
  • ¼ cup powdered keto sweetener – adds low-carb sweetness
  • 1 cup heavy cream – whipped to give the mousse its airy texture
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract – enhances overall flavor
  • Pinch sea salt – balances sweetness if peanut butter is unsalted

Method
 

  1. Place cream cheese or mascarpone in a mixing bowl.
  2. Add powdered sweetener and peanut butter.
  3. Beat the mixture until smooth and creamy.
  4. In a separate bowl, pour the cold heavy cream.
  5. Whip the cream until soft peaks form.
  6. Gently fold the whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture.
  7. Add vanilla extract and a pinch of salt.
  8. Fold everything together until smooth and fluffy.
  9. Spoon the mousse into serving glasses.
  10. Chill for about 20–30 minutes before serving if desired.
  11. Top with whipped cream or crushed nuts if preferred.
