Ingredients
  

  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon ground flaxseed
  • 1 tablespoon hemp seeds
  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 tablespoons heavy cream
  • 1 –2 tablespoons keto-friendly sweetener
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon optional
  • Pinch of salt
  • Optional toppings of choice

Method
 

  1. Add almond milk and heavy cream to a small saucepan
  2. Heat gently over medium-low heat
  3. Stir in chia seeds, flaxseed, hemp seeds, and shredded coconut
  4. Mix thoroughly to combine ingredients
  5. Continue stirring as mixture thickens
  6. Add sweetener, salt, and cinnamon if using
  7. Cook until texture becomes creamy and porridge-like
  8. Remove from heat once desired thickness is reached
  9. Let sit briefly to further thicken
  10. Transfer to serving bowl
  11. Add optional toppings before serving
