Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb 450 g ground beef
  • 6 slices bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 large eggs
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • Optional: chopped pickles or mustard drizzle

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to a moderate baking temperature
  2. Heat a skillet over medium heat
  3. Add ground beef and cook until browned
  4. Break beef apart while cooking
  5. Season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder
  6. Remove from heat and allow to cool slightly
  7. In a mixing bowl, whisk eggs and heavy cream
  8. Stir in shredded cheeses
  9. Add cooked beef and crumbled bacon
  10. Mix until evenly combined
  11. Transfer mixture into a baking dish
  12. Spread evenly for uniform cooking
  13. Bake until set and lightly golden
  14. Remove from oven and cool briefly
  15. Slice and serve warm
