Ingredients
  

  • 1 large low-carb tortilla 8–10 inch – soft and flexible base for wrapping
  • 2 oz 60 g deli ham – adds savory depth
  • 10 slices turkey pepperoni – provides bold flavor with less fat
  • 1 slice mozzarella cheese – creamy and mild texture
  • 1/2 cup shredded iceberg lettuce – adds crunch and freshness
  • 1 tablespoon red onion finely chopped – sharp and slightly sweet flavor
  • 3 –4 banana pepper slices chopped – tangy and slightly spicy
Dressing
  • 1 tablespoon light mayonnaise – creamy base
  • 1 tablespoon sour cream – adds richness and tang
  • 1 teaspoon red wine vinegar – brings acidity and balance
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano – classic Italian herb flavor
  • 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder – enhances savory taste
  • Salt and black pepper to taste – balances overall flavor

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) to prepare for melting cheese
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, sour cream, red wine vinegar, oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper
  3. Add chopped onion, banana peppers, and shredded lettuce into the dressing and mix well
  4. Place tortilla on a baking tray and layer ham and turkey pepperoni in the center
  5. Add mozzarella cheese on top of the meat
  6. Bake briefly until cheese melts and becomes soft
  7. Remove from oven and let cool slightly
  8. Add the prepared lettuce mixture over the melted cheese
  9. Roll the tortilla tightly into a wrap, folding in the sides as you go
  10. Slice in half and serve immediately
