Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb 450 g ground beef
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 tbsp olive oil or butter
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp paprika
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar or mozzarella cheese
  • Optional: chili flakes or herbs

Method
 

  1. Heat olive oil or butter in a large skillet
  2. Add ground beef and cook until browned
  3. Break beef apart while cooking
  4. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika
  5. Stir well to distribute flavors
  6. Add broccoli florets to the skillet
  7. Cook until slightly tender but vibrant
  8. Stir occasionally for even cooking
  9. Lower heat and pour in heavy cream
  10. Stir gently to combine
  11. Sprinkle shredded cheese over mixture
  12. Allow cheese to melt into sauce
  13. Cook briefly until creamy and cohesive
  14. Remove from heat and serve warm
