Ingredients
  

For the Dough
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
For the Garlic Topping
  • 2 tablespoons butter melted
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C)
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
  3. In a microwave-safe bowl combine mozzarella cheese and cream cheese
  4. Microwave until cheeses melt and become soft
  5. Stir until smooth and fully combined
  6. Add almond flour, egg, and baking powder to the cheese mixture
  7. Mix until a soft dough forms
  8. Place dough onto parchment paper and flatten into a rectangle
  9. Bake until the dough becomes lightly golden
  10. While baking, mix melted butter, minced garlic, parsley, and salt
  11. Remove bread from oven and brush garlic butter mixture on top
  12. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese evenly over the surface
  13. Return to oven briefly until cheese melts and edges turn golden
  14. Remove and slice into breadstick strips
