Ingredients
  

  • 1 tablespoon salted butter melted
  • 3 tablespoons almond flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tablespoon heavy cream
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • Sugar-free syrup for topping

Method
 

  1. Melt salted butter in a microwave-safe ramekin or mug
  2. Add almond flour and baking powder to the melted butter
  3. Crack egg directly into the container
  4. Pour in heavy cream, vanilla extract, and cinnamon
  5. Stir thoroughly until mixture becomes smooth and lump-free
  6. Microwave for approximately 90 seconds until fully set
  7. Remove carefully and allow to cool briefly
  8. Loosen edges gently and remove from container
  9. Slice if desired for a toast-like presentation
  10. Drizzle generously with sugar-free syrup before serving
