Method
- Melt salted butter in a microwave-safe ramekin or mug
- Add almond flour and baking powder to the melted butter
- Crack egg directly into the container
- Pour in heavy cream, vanilla extract, and cinnamon
- Stir thoroughly until mixture becomes smooth and lump-free
- Microwave for approximately 90 seconds until fully set
- Remove carefully and allow to cool briefly
- Loosen edges gently and remove from container
- Slice if desired for a toast-like presentation
- Drizzle generously with sugar-free syrup before serving
