Ingredients
  

  • Ground sausage – 1 lb 450 g, use mild or spicy for flavor
  • Cream cheese – 8 oz 225 g, softened for easy mixing
  • Shredded cheddar cheese – 1 cup 100 g, for cheesy texture
  • Almond flour – ¾ cup 75 g, low-carb binder
  • Large egg – 1 helps hold the mixture together
  • Garlic powder – 1 teaspoon adds flavor
  • Baking powder – 1 teaspoon for light texture
  • Salt – ¼ teaspoon adjust to taste

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper
  2. Add sausage, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, almond flour, egg, and seasonings into a bowl
  3. Mix thoroughly until all ingredients are fully combined
  4. Scoop small portions and roll into 1-inch balls
  5. Place evenly on the baking sheet, leaving space between each
  6. Bake for 20–25 minutes until golden brown and cooked through
  7. Optional: broil for 2–3 minutes for extra crispiness
  8. Remove and let cool slightly before serving
