Prepare the green beans:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C)
- Boil or steam green beans until slightly tender
- Drain and set aside

- Heat gently while stirring until smooth
- Add garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper
- Stir in shredded cheddar cheese until melted
Assemble the casserole:
- Place green beans in a baking dish
- Pour the cream cheese sauce over the beans
- Toss gently to coat evenly
Prepare the topping:
- Mix crushed pork rinds, parmesan cheese, and melted butter
- Sprinkle evenly over the casserole
Bake the casserole:
- Bake until the top becomes golden and crispy
- Remove from oven and allow to cool slightly before serving
