Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb breakfast sausage
  • 1 lb bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 8 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Chopped green onions optional, for topping

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
  2. Cook breakfast sausage in a skillet until fully browned; drain excess grease.
  3. Spread cooked sausage evenly in the prepared baking dish.
  4. Sprinkle crumbled bacon over the sausage layer.
  5. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, ranch seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  6. Pour the egg mixture evenly over the meat.
  7. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top.
  8. Bake uncovered for 35–40 minutes until eggs are set and the top is golden.
  9. Let rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
