Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup cottage cheese full-fat recommended
  • 1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Optional toppings
  • Chopped chives
  • Italian seasoning
  • Red pepper flakes

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C)
  2. Line a baking tray with parchment paper
  3. In a bowl mix cottage cheese, parmesan cheese, and seasonings
  4. Spoon small portions of the mixture onto the baking sheet
  5. Flatten each portion slightly to form thin chip shapes
  6. Bake until the edges become golden and crispy
  7. Remove from the oven and allow chips to cool
  8. Chips will become crispier as they cool
  9. Garnish with chopped chives or herbs before serving
