Method
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C)
- Line a baking tray with parchment paper
- In a bowl mix cottage cheese, parmesan cheese, and seasonings
- Spoon small portions of the mixture onto the baking sheet
- Flatten each portion slightly to form thin chip shapes
- Bake until the edges become golden and crispy
- Remove from the oven and allow chips to cool
- Chips will become crispier as they cool
- Garnish with chopped chives or herbs before serving
