Ingredients
  

Brownie Batter
  • 1 cup cottage cheese – adds moisture and protein to the brownies
  • 2 large eggs – helps bind the ingredients and create structure
  • ½ cup low-carb sweetener monk fruit or erythritol – replaces regular sugar
  • cup unsweetened cocoa powder – provides rich chocolate flavor
  • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder – boosts protein and chocolate taste
  • ¼ cup sugar-free chocolate chips – adds gooey chocolate pockets
  • ½ teaspoon salt – balances the sweetness

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Line a baking dish with parchment paper.
  3. Add cottage cheese, eggs, cocoa powder, sweetener, protein powder, and salt to a blender.
  4. Blend until completely smooth and creamy.
  5. Pour the batter into a mixing bowl if needed.
  6. Stir in sugar-free chocolate chips.
  7. Spread the batter evenly into the prepared baking dish.
  8. Bake for about 20–25 minutes until the brownies are set.
  9. Remove from the oven and allow them to cool in the pan.
  10. Let the brownies cool completely before slicing.
  11. Cut into squares and serve.
