- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C)
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper

- Add eggs, melted butter, vanilla extract, and cream cheese
- Mix until a soft dough forms
Shape the rolls:
- Place dough between parchment sheets
- Roll into a rectangle shape
- Spread softened butter evenly across the dough
- Sprinkle cinnamon and keto sweetener mixture on top
Form the rolls:
- Carefully roll the dough into a log
- Slice into even cinnamon roll pieces
- Place rolls on the baking sheet
- Bake until the rolls become golden and firm.
Prepare the glaze:
- Mix cream cheese, sweetener, heavy cream, and vanilla until smooth
- Drizzle the glaze over warm cinnamon rolls before serving
