Method
- Melt butter directly in the mug or bowl
- Add almond flour, egg, baking powder, sweetener, cinnamon, and vanilla
- Mix thoroughly until smooth batter forms
- In a separate small bowl, mix cinnamon swirl ingredients
- Pour half the batter into the mug
- Add small dollops of cinnamon mixture
- Add remaining batter and swirl lightly
- Microwave on high for 60–90 seconds until set
- Mix glaze ingredients until smooth
- Pour glaze over warm cake and let it melt
- Serve immediately while warm
