Ingredients
  

  • 2 tablespoons butter – melted
  • 3 tablespoons almond flour – low-carb base
  • 1 large egg – binds the batter
  • ½ teaspoon baking powder – helps it rise
  • 1 teaspoon keto sweetener erythritol/monk fruit – sweetness
  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon – key flavor
  • ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract – enhances taste
For Cinnamon Swirl
  • 1 tablespoon butter – softened
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon keto sweetener
For Cream Cheese Glaze
  • 1 oz 28 g cream cheese – softened
  • ½ teaspoon sweetener
  • 1 teaspoon butter – melted

Method
 

  1. Melt butter directly in the mug or bowl
  2. Add almond flour, egg, baking powder, sweetener, cinnamon, and vanilla
  3. Mix thoroughly until smooth batter forms
  4. In a separate small bowl, mix cinnamon swirl ingredients
  5. Pour half the batter into the mug
  6. Add small dollops of cinnamon mixture
  7. Add remaining batter and swirl lightly
  8. Microwave on high for 60–90 seconds until set
  9. Mix glaze ingredients until smooth
  10. Pour glaze over warm cake and let it melt
  11. Serve immediately while warm
