Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups cooked chicken shredded or cubed
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup cream cheese
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 2 cups broccoli florets optional
  • ½ cup cauliflower rice optional

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F and lightly grease a casserole dish.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, melt the butter and sauté the minced garlic for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Pour in the heavy cream and add the cream cheese, stirring until the cream cheese has melted and the sauce is smooth and creamy.
  4. Stir in the Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper until the sauce thickens slightly.
  5. Add the cooked chicken, broccoli florets, and cauliflower rice to the sauce and stir until everything is evenly coated.
  6. Transfer the mixture to the prepared casserole dish and spread it evenly.
  7. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese over the top.
  8. Bake for about 20–25 minutes, or until the casserole is bubbling and the cheese is golden.
  9. Let cool slightly before serving.
