Ingredients
  

  • 6 –8 slices of very thin cheese cheddar works best

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 250°F (120°C).
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper to prevent sticking.
  3. Slice the cheese into small squares, about 9 pieces per slice.
  4. Lay the cheese squares on the baking sheet, leaving space between each piece.
  5. Bake for 30–35 minutes, or until the crackers become crisp and lightly golden around the edges.
  6. Remove from the oven and allow the crackers to cool completely on the baking sheet.
  7. Once fully cooled, lift them off the parchment and serve.
