Ingredients
  

Crust
  • 1 cup  (105 g) almond flour
  • 1/3 cup  (40 g) coconut flour
  • 1/3 cup  (36 g) unflavored whey protien powder (can sub egg white protein for dairy-free)
  • 2 tbsp  chopped fresh rosemary
  • 1 tbsp  baking powder
  • 3/4 teaspoon (0.75 tsp) salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon (0.5 tsp) garlic powder
  • 1/2 cup  (108 g) oliv oil
  • 2 large  eggs
  • 2 large eggs white
  • 1/2 cup  (59.15 g) water
  • Coarse sea salt, for sprinkling
  • Fresh rosemary leaves, for sprinkling
Cream Sauce
  • 4 ounces  (113.4 g) cream cheese, softened
  • 3 tbsp  heavy cream
  • 2 cloves  garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper
Toppings
  • 8 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup (59.5 g) heavy whipping cream
  • Salt and pepper
  • 2 tbsp  butter
  • 8 slices  cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 8 ounces  (226.8 g) cheddar, grated

Method
 

Crust
  1. Preheat the oven to 325F and line a 15×11 inch rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper. Lightly grease the paper so the dough doesn’t stick.
  2. Prepare the focaccia dough according to the recipe and directions, leaving out the rosemary for a neutral base.
  3. With wet hands, press and spread the dough onto the pan, reaching the edges. Keep the top smooth so it bakes evenly.
  4. Bake for about 15 minutes, until the crust is firm to the touch. Remove and set aside while preparing toppings.
Cream Sauce
  1. In a medium bowl, stir together cream cheese and cream until fully combined. Add garlic, season to taste, and spread this sauce over the crust, leaving a small border.
Toppings
  1. In a large bowl, whisk the eggs with cream until combined.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium-low heat, melt the butter, and pour in the egg mixture. Use a spatula to lift and turn the eggs until softly scrambled but not dry.
  3. Spread the eggs over the crust, then sprinkle bacon and cheese evenly on top. Raise the oven heat to 375F.
  4. Bake the pizza for 5–7 minutes, until the cheese is perfectly melted. Serve warm with your favorite toppings straight from a large bowl.
