Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb 450g ground beef (80/20 recommended for flavor)
  • 8 small keto-friendly tortillas street taco size
  • 8 slices American cheese
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 cup dill pickle slices
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
For the Sauce
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp finely chopped dill pickles
  • 1 1/2 tsp yellow mustard
  • 1 tbsp sugar-free ketchup
  • 1/4 tsp vinegar
  • 1/4 tsp paprika
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Preheat a skillet or griddle over medium-high heat
  2. In a bowl, mix ground beef with garlic powder, salt, and pepper
  3. Divide beef into 8 equal portions and roll into balls
  4. Press each portion onto a tortilla, spreading evenly to edges
  5. Place tortillas meat-side down onto the hot skillet
  6. Smash firmly with a spatula to create a thin patty
  7. Cook for 3–4 minutes until browned and crispy
  8. Flip and add a slice of cheese on top
  9. Cook another 2–3 minutes until cheese melts and tortilla crisps
  10. In a separate bowl, mix all sauce ingredients until smooth
  11. Spread sauce over each burger
  12. Top with shredded lettuce and pickle slices
  13. Fold and serve immediately
