Ingredients
  

  • 1 ripe avocado mashed
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup keto-friendly sweetener erythritol or monk fruit
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup sugar-free chocolate chips optional

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C)
  2. Line a square baking pan with parchment paper
  3. In a bowl mash the avocado until completely smooth
  4. Add eggs, sweetener, and vanilla extract
  5. Mix until the batter becomes creamy
  6. Stir in cocoa powder and almond flour
  7. Add baking powder and salt
  8. Mix until a thick brownie batter forms
  9. Fold in sugar-free chocolate chips if using
  10. Pour batter into the prepared baking pan
  11. Spread evenly with a spatula
  12. Bake until the brownies are set in the center
  13. Allow brownies to cool completely before slicing
